Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality standards ensuring compliance with industry regulations and driving continuous improvement in our processes and products Key Responsibilities Develop implement and improve quality control procedures and standards Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformance issues Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits ISO customer audits etc Collaborate with production engineering and supply chain teams to ensure quality objectives are met Maintain and analyze quality metrics e g defect rates scrap rates Review and approve inspection and test plans Ensure compliance with customer requirements company standards and applicable regulations Train staff on quality tools techniques and best practices Requirements Bachelor s degree in Engineering Mechanical Industrial or related field 2-5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 IATF 16949 or AS9100 Proficiency in tools like 5 Whys Fishbone Diagram FMEA PPAP SPC MSA Familiarity with measuring instruments calipers micrometers CMM etc Robust analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Preferred Skills Not Mandatory Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification Experience with ERP or QMS systems Previous experience in automotive aerospace pharma - customize as per your industry Benefits Competitive salary Health insurance Paid time off Professional development opportunities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 456 82 - 38 730 80 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Work Location In person Expected Start Date 06 08 2025
