Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting Analysis Prepare and present monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Analyze financial performance trends and variances Ensure compliance with accounting standards Ind AS IFRS Audit Assurance Lead statutory internal and tax audits Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely closure of audit requirements Ensure strong internal controls and risk mitigation Taxation Compliance Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST TDS Income Tax and other statutory returns Handle tax assessments notices and litigation support Stay updated with changes in tax laws and accounting standards Budgeting Forecasting Assist in annual budget preparation and monitoring Perform financial forecasting scenario analysis and cash flow planning Cost Management Controls Monitor cost structures and identify cost-saving opportunities Implement budgetary controls and performance monitoring Treasury Fund Management Manage cash flow working capital and banking relationships Oversee fund utilization and investment planning ERP Process Improvement Work with ERP systems SAP Oracle Tally etc Recommend improvements in financial systems processes and reporting mechanisms Qualifications Experience Chartered Accountant CA from ICAI - mandatory 3-8 years of post-qualification experience in finance accounting Experience in a corporate manufacturing or consulting environment preferred Strong understanding of financial regulations Ind AS and direct indirect taxation Key Skills Financial analysis and reporting Taxation and statutory compliance Audit management and internal controls Budgeting and forecasting ERP and advanced Excel proficiency Robust communication and leadership skills Job Type Full-time Pay 70 000 00 - 78 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Experience Fluent English 7 years Required Gst return 7 years Required Finalization of account 7 years Required Income tax return 7 years Required Work Location In person
