KITCO is a multi-disciplinary Engineering Management and Technical consulting firm that brings cutting-edge solutions to the challenges faced by your business A strong planning and engineering department enables KITCO to offer consultancy service under one roof from concept to commissioning Job Title Civil Engineer - Project-Based Location Kannur Experience 3 years B Tech 5 years Diploma Role Overview We are seeking experienced Civil Engineers to join our dynamic project team The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project planning site coordination and technical execution for large-scale infrastructure projects Key Responsibilities Understand and interpret project requirements specifications and engineering drawings Coordinate with architects consultants contractors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution Prepare work schedules monitor timelines and ensure on-site activities align with design and safety standards Supervise construction teams manage workforce allocation and ensure adherence to quality safety and environmental regulations Conduct site inspections resolve technical issues and provide innovative engineering solutions Maintain records of construction activities material usage and costs assist with procurement and logistics to avoid delays Prepare project documentation such as RFIs and change orders track progress and report to stakeholders Monitor budgets and identify potential cost overruns recommending corrective measures as needed Liaise with clients contractors and authorities to address queries and maintain project alignment Requirements Degree PG in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years of relevant experience or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 years of similar experience Strong technical and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders Hands-on experience managing civil works for projects such as airports commercial complexes hospitals high-rise buildings or industrial structures Prior experience with PWD CPWD projects is an advantage PMP certification is desirable Job Types Full-time Contractual Temporary Schedule Day shift Language English Preferred Work Location In person
