Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day interior site execution and ensure work progresses as per design and schedule Coordinate with vendors contractors and site labor to manage timelines and resolve site issues Interpret technical drawings and ensure implementation as per approved designs Track material requirements and inventory coordinate timely delivery of materials to site Monitor quality control and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards Liaise with the design and project management team to provide regular updates and flag concerns Handle client interactions related to on-site work progress and issue resolutions Prepare daily weekly progress reports measurements and billing support documentation Prepare detailed work schedules and timelines to ensure smooth project execution Prepare BOQ Bill of Quantities with material specifications and quantities for procurement and execution Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s Diploma in Civil Engineering Interior Design or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in site execution for interior fit-out projects Robust knowledge of materials technical drawings and execution methods Excellent communication coordination and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple sites or teams simultaneously Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD and project reporting tools Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Experience interior execution 5 years Required Language English Preferred Work Location In person
