Position Title Speech Therapist Department Speech Therapy Location NeuroGen Seawoods Navi Mumbai Reports To CRO Pediatrics Working Hours 8 hours General Shift Salary Range Bachelor s Fresher- 30000 - Bachelor s and Experience- 35000 - and depends on last CTC Master s Fresher- 40000 - Master s and Experience- 45000 - and depends on last CTC 1 Job Summary Experienced Speech Therapist to provide specialized speech and language therapy services to patients with neurological impairments resulting from conditions such as stroke traumatic brain injury and neurodegenerative diseases The Speech Therapist will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving communication and swallowing functions 2 Key Responsibilities Assess and diagnose speech language cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders in patients with neurological impairments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practices Collaborate with Senior Doctors psychiatrists occupational therapists physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care Utilize advanced techniques and technologies to facilitate Neuroregenerative therapy and enhance patient outcomes Educate patients and their families about speech and language disorders and the therapeutic process Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements Participate in team meetings case conferences and continuing education opportunities to stay current with advancements in the field Provide training and support to junior staff as needed 3 Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with patients with neurological impairments preferably in a hospital setting Robust understanding of Neuroregenerative therapies and their application in speech-language pathology Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in the field 4 Preferred Qualifications Experience with advanced therapeutic techniques and technologies such as neuromuscular electrical stimulation NMES virtual reality and teletherapy Bilingual or multilingual abilities Experience in a neurorehabilitation unit or specialized clinic 5 Working Conditions Full-time position with potential for flexible hours and weekends Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
