Timings Tentatively 10 00 AM to 7 00 PM Rotational Shift Basis Job Summary We are looking for a qualified Lab Technician to manage sample collection primarily blood draws ensure accurate labeling and coordinate with outsourced laboratory services for timely reporting The technician will be responsible for maintaining sample quality ensuring patient safety and handling basic lab documentation Key Responsibilities Collect blood samples from inpatients and outpatients using protected and hygienic methods Label and prepare samples for dispatch to the outsourced diagnostic lab Ensure proper handling storage and transport of specimens as per standard guidelines Maintain records of collections and update reports in coordination with the lab vendor Communicate test schedules and results to doctors nurses and patients as required Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of sample collection area and equipment Follow infection control and biomedical waste disposal protocols Assist in basic reporting and follow-up with the outsourced lab for timely results Requirements Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology DMLT BMLT Minimum 1-2 years of experience in blood sample collection and handling Certification in phlebotomy or experience as a phlebotomist is preferred Good communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and coordinate with third-party labs Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 464 03 - 16 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
