Key Responsibilities Proactively convert leads to confirmed sales nurturing potential customers into loyal clients Design customize and sell high-quality Domestic and International travel itineraries for various segments FIT GIT Corporate Business Travel Assess and understand clients needs to craft personalized travel experiences and solutions Handle end-to-end travel planning including transportation accommodation visa support insurance and concierge services Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B vendors hotels DMCs and transportation providers across India and abroad Provide pre-sales and post-sales support ensuring seamless travel experiences and high customer satisfaction Lead and manage a small team within Sales and Operations ensuring timely execution and quality service delivery Coordinate and manage all aspects of tour operations including budgeting logistics and vendor coordination Leverage existing network to build strategic vendor partnerships and negotiate the best rates Qualifications and Skills Graduate or Diploma in Travel Tourism IATA Certification preferred Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on experience in the travel industry Strong knowledge of Indian destinations hotels and transport vendors exposure to international destinations is a plus Excellent command over English Bengali and Hindi verbal and written Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office CRM tools email communication and office systems Strong interpersonal skills with a warm confident and resourceful personality Proven team leadership experience with the ability to mentor and motivate team members A true travel enthusiast with a customer-first mindset and a passion for curating memorable journeys Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 06 2025
