We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor who will be responsible for achieving admission targets through effective counseling follow-ups and conversion of leads into admissions The role is completely performance-driven and target-based requiring excellent communication sales skills and a passion for meeting deadlines Key Responsibilities Counsel and guide prospective students regarding course details fees eligibility and career opportunities Achieve monthly quarterly admission targets assigned by the management Convert inquiries leads into admissions through effective follow-up and persuasive counseling Maintain a database of potential leads follow up via calls emails and walk-ins Conduct campus tours and participate in events seminars and workshops to generate admissions Collaborate with marketing teams to plan admission campaigns and lead-generation activities Provide accurate information and resolve queries regarding the admission process Prepare and submit daily weekly monthly reports of admissions and target achievements to management Build robust relationships with students and parents to ensure high conversion rates Maintain knowledge of all courses admission criteria scholarships and fee structures Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 32 451 78 per month Work Location In person
