Designation - Business Intelligence Employee Efficiency Analyst Location Mira Road Mumbai On-site Industry Real Estate Mandate Sales Department Operations Workforce Monitoring Employment Type Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Employee Efficiency Analyst to monitor and track the real-time performance of our sales and operations team using our in-house CRM This role is critical to ensuring every employee is working at their maximum potential and that site heads are alerted immediately in case of inefficiency inactivity or performance drops You will be responsible for daily weekly and monthly reports on employee efficiency and real-time escalation of issues to management Key Responsibilities Monitor employee activity through the CRM dashboard in real time per minute tracking Identify under performance delays or inactivity and immediately alert the respective site head Escalate repeated or serious performance issues directly to management Prepare and send daily efficiency reports summarizing key metrics and alerts Compile and analyse weekly and monthly performance trends per employee team and project Work with site heads and team leaders to address recurring efficiency issues Suggest system process improvements to enhance productivity Ensure transparency and accountability across all teams by maintaining logs and communication trails Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Operations HR or a related field 1-3 years of experience in real-time monitoring CRM reporting workforce analytics or sales support Strong understanding of productivity metrics and CRM tools e g Salesforce Lead Squared Zoho CRM etc Excellent communication and escalation management skills Proficient in Excel Google Sheets and basic data analysis Highly alert proactive and detail-focused Preferred Qualifications Background in BPO sales operations or real estate performance monitoring Familiarity with sales cycles and performance KPIs in a real estate mandate setting Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 300 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Benefits Commuter assistance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
