We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with in-depth working knowledge of Zoho Books and Tally ERP The ideal candidate should be proficient in managing day-to-day accounting operations handling GST VAT compliance generating financial reports and ensuring accurate record-keeping in both Zoho and Tally platforms Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate books of accounts in Zoho Books and Tally Manage accounts payable receivable journal entries and general ledger operations Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and reconciliation reports Handle bank reconciliations vendor payments and invoicing Ensure timely GST VAT filing and compliance as per local tax laws Assist in preparing audit reports MIS reports and statutory filings Collaborate with external auditors and respond to audit inquiries Generate and maintain Zoho Books reports such as P L balance sheet cash flow etc Manage multi-currency accounting and international transactions if applicable Implement accounting best practices and assist in budgeting and forecasting Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Tally ERP Strong knowledge of accounting principles GST VAT compliance and financial reporting Proficient in MS Excel Zoho ecosystem and Tally Prime ERP 9 Excellent organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Good communication skills written and verbal Preferred Qualifications Experience working with cloud-based accounting platforms Knowledge of UAE VAT or Indian GST customize based on your location Familiarity with Zoho Inventory Zoho CRM integrations is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 8 086 00 - 34 176 58 per month Perks Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
