YuvTrainings is a leading platform committed to empowering individuals through high-quality industry-relevant training programs We specialize in Multimedia and Software Technology Skill Development Trainings affiliated with NSDC and MSD helping students and professionals enhance their skills and advance their careers We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to lead our outreach efforts through seminars workshops and presentations at schools colleges and training institutes The ideal candidate shall have excellent public speaking skills a passion for education and a strong ability to build relationships with academic institutions Key Responsibilities Plan organize and conduct seminars in educational institutions and community venues to promote educational and skill development programs Develop and run local awareness campaigns targeting parents and students to inform them about opportunities under the Skill India initiative Identify and collaborate with schools colleges and local institutes for event partnerships Travel across Ajmer and nearby areas to execute marketing activities Create and deliver engaging presentations and information sessions in Hindi and English Use interpersonal and communication skills to influence and motivate the audience Gather feedback and insights from the field to support future marketing strategies Coordinate with the internal team for materials branding and reporting Key Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communication or a related field preferred Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field marketing event management or community engagement Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English Ability to engage influence and inspire a diverse audience Strong planning and organizational skills Comfortable with frequent travel across local areas Passionate about youth development and skill-based initiatives Preferred Attributes Energetic and outgoing personality Prior experience working in education NGO or social awareness campaigns Knowledge of the Ajmer region and surrounding areas Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 26 000 00 per month Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 08 2025
