Job Title CBSE Soft Skills Trainer Location Narayana Etechno school - Cuddalore Department Academics Life Skills Holistic Development Reports to Principal Job Purpose To train and mentor students in essential 21st-century soft skills as outlined by the CBSE guidelines The trainer will focus on developing students communication leadership critical thinking emotional intelligence and interpersonal abilities to help them succeed in academic professional and social environments Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging soft skills sessions as per the CBSE curriculum and school guidelines Train students in core soft skills areas including Communication verbal and non-verbal Emotional intelligence Teamwork and collaboration Time and stress management Conflict resolution Leadership and initiative Interview and presentation skills Conduct interactive workshops role-plays simulations and group activities to enhance learning Assess student progress through presentations practical evaluations and feedback mechanisms Collaborate with teachers counselors and parents to support students overall development Maintain training records student portfolios and feedback reports Provide orientation and sensitization sessions for staff and parents if required Stay updated on CBSE circulars and training modules related to life skills and value education Qualifications and Experience Graduate Postgraduate in Psychology Education Human Resource Management English or related fields Certification or training in soft skills life skills facilitation preferably from CBSE or recognized institutions Minimum 2-5 years of experience in teaching training students in soft skills or life skills Excellent communication and facilitation skills Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and NEP 2020 recommendations is an advantage Key Skills Public speaking and interpersonal communication Empathy and emotional intelligence Classroom management and student engagement Creativity in training methodologies Assessment and feedback delivery Time management and organization Preferred Qualities Passion for student development Adaptability and positive attitude Continuous learner mindset Experience with school wellness programs or value-based education Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
