NWe are looking for a talented Architect to join our team and work on-site at our Kothrud location.Key Responsibilities:
NDevelop architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects from the USA and across the globe.
NCollaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into design solutions.
NPrepare and present detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications.
NCreate 3D visualizations,renders, and walkthroughs to effectively communicate design concepts.
NCoordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of projects.




NStay updated with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.
NQualifications:
NBachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
N2 to 6 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
NProficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar visualization software.
NStrong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction practices.
NExcellent communication and presentation skills.
NAbility to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
