- Achieve sales targets by monitoring performance metrics such as target vs achievement, collection efficiency, and customer conversion rates. N
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments to maintain financial discipline and healthy cash flow. N
- Strategically plan and execute OPD campaigns to maximize current customer onboarding and targeting atleast 60% conversion rate per sale. N
- Establish strong partnerships with dental colleges to integrate SHIPL products into their academic and clinical practices. N
