NAbout the Role
nWeare looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our design team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and delivering interior spaces that are beautiful, functional, and aligned with client briefs. You will work across residential, commercial, or hospitality projects (depending on the firm) and own the design process from concept through execution.

nDesign & Concept Development

- Develop design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and space plans based on client briefs N
- Translate client vision, brand identity, and functional requirements into compelling interior solutions N
- Present design conceptsclearly and confidently to clients and internal stakeholders N

nProject Execution

- Prepare working drawings, layouts, elevations,



and specifications for implementation team execution N
- Coordinate with implementation team, vendors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is maintained on site N
- Conduct site visits to review progress, resolve in office issues, and ensure quality control N
- Manage procurement of furniture, furnishings, and décor items within approved budgets N

nClient Management

- Build strong client relationships through clear communication and responsiveness N
- Manage client expectations around timelines, budgets, and design outcomes N
- Incorporate client feedback while protecting the integrity of the design N

nCollaboration

- Work closely with implementation team, site supervisors, external vendors when required N
- Collaborate with other designers and provide design guidance where needed N
- Coordinate with the project management team to track milestones and deliverables N
