NOur client is an AI-powered finance automation platform that streamlines and modernizes financial operations, offering a unified solution integrating bill payments, smart banking, AI-driven accounting, expense management, and treasury service.
NWhat you'll get to do in this role:
N● Own the full post-saleslifecycle — onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion.
N● Drive seamless onboarding and ensure customers realize value within the first 30–60 days.
N● Build solid relationships with founders, finance teams, and key decision-makers.




N● Monitor customer healthmetrics and proactively mitigate churn risks.
N● Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to drive engagement and long-term partnerships.
N● Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales.
N● Own renewals and work towards strong Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
N● Act as the voice of thecustomer internally — collaborating with Product, Sales, and Operations teams.
N● Stay updated on fintech, spend management, and market trends to better guide customers.
NWe're looking for someonewho:
N● 2–5 years of experiencein Customer Success / Account Management / SaaS roles.
N● Experience managing B2Bcustomers (finance teams, founders, CXOs preferred).
N● Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
N● Data-driven mindset with ability to track adoption and health metrics.
N● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environ
