NWhat You'll Do

- Own ideas from start to finish - spot the insight, shape the concept, understand the hook, and turn it into a finished piece. You're the author, not just the executor. N
- Build repeatable content formats and series that scale, rather than one-off posts. N
- Take ownership of the complete creative process - from concept and scripting to direction, editing, and final copy. N
- Create social-first & ad-first content that feels native to each platform, whether it's Instagram, YouTube, or whatever comes next. N




- Keep the DaMENSCH brandvoice consistent while constantly finding fresh ways to tell stories. N
- Use AI as a creative multiplier - leveraging tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Seedance, Kling, and others to ideate faster, create smarter, and experiment more. N
- Measure what works, learn from performance, and continuously improve the next piece of content. N

nWhat We're LookingFor

- n
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, or creative storytelling. N
- A portfolio showcasing performance ads, social-first content, videos, and creative concepts. N
- Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & Premiere Pro. N
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools & workflows. N
- Excellent storytelling,visual design, and editing skills. N
- Curious, proactive, andexcited to experiment with new ideas and formats. N
