Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Lead Design Engineer with robust expertise in Aero Engine Product Change Management for civil aerospace programs. The role involves leading the design and implementation of product change solutions across aero engine modules, ensuring compliance with airworthiness regulations, APQP processes, and customer requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
NThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting build-stop, on-wing, MRO, redesign, producibility, and in-service initiatives while driving technical excellence across complex engine architectures including fan, compressor, combustor, turbine, and external modules.
NKey Responsibilities
nLead the delivery of aero engine product change solutions for civil aerospace programs, addressing:

nDevelop and implement design solutions across engine modules including:
