NLocation: Indiranagar, Bangalore
NIndustry: Real Estate - Housing Construction Only
NExpected Experience: 6-8 years
NNotice Period: Immediate
NQualification: B.Arch / M.Arch
NRemuneration: 8 – 10 lacs per annum
NKey Skills:
N1) experience in handlinghigh rise projects with good understanding of structural, plumbing & electrical & architectural drawings.
N2) Excellent technical aswell as practical knowledge.
N3) Positive statutory requirement knowledge like NBC, Bylaw etc
N4) Preference for experience in developers office
N5) Co-ordination with allexternal consultants on board
N6) Co-ordination with Execution team, site visits for design accuracy check
N7) Consolidate all architectural requirements and specifications, documentation & record keeping effective communication skills to co-ordinate with all consultants on board
N8) Good Knowledge of Autocad, Sketch up, MS office
