NKey Responsibilities (R&R;)
NCustomer Relationship & Account Management
N
- Act as the Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned customers and region.

- Visit customers regularly and submit daily visit/activity reports.
N
- Manage assigned Key Accounts and develop long-term relationships.
N
- Add recent customer accounts from the assigned region.
N
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and achieve targeted Net Promoter Score (NPS).

- Coordinate customer visits, audits,



and interactions with internal teams.
NBusiness Development & Sales Growth

- Create awareness of company services, test scopes, and capabilities through regular
Ncustomer engagement.

- Understand, gather, and submit customer testing requirements related to product
Ndevelopment/projects in the pipeline on a monthly basis.

- Generate qualified enquiries and ensure higher conversion rates.
N
- Deliver regional revenue growth YoY as per assigned sales targets.

- Ensure timely payment collection by coordinating with customers and accounts;
avoid
noverdues.Customer Service & Complaint Handling

- Address and resolve customer complaints within agreed timelines.
