We are looking for an experienced GIS Developer with strong expertise in Angular and up-to-date web GIS technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing geospatial web applications, integrating GIS services, and building interactive mapping solutions using Angular. The candidate should possess strong frontend development skills along with a solid understanding of GIS concepts, spatial data, and map services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain GIS-based web applications using Angular.
- Build responsive and interactive map-based user interfaces with a focus on performance and usability.
- Integrate GIS services such as map services, feature services, geocoding, routing, and spatial analysis into web applications.
- Consume REST APIs and GIS web services to display and manipulate spatial data.
- Develop reusable Angular components, modules, and services following best practices.
- Work with spatial databases and geospatial datasets to support business requirements.
- Implement map editing, querying, filtering, spatial search,



and visualization functionalities.
- Optimize application performance for rendering large geospatial datasets.
- Collaborate with GIS analysts, business users, backend developers, and UI/UX teams to deliver scalable GIS solutions.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application and GIS integration issues.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and development best practices.
- Support application deployment, maintenance, and production issue resolution.

Required Technical Skills
Frontend Development
- Strong experience with Angular (v19 or above).
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS.
- Experience with RxJS, Angular Material, and responsive web design.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management.

GIS Technologies
- Hands-on experience with GIS web application development.
