NPOSITION OVERVIEW
nWe are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4+ years of post-qualification experience to join our Finance Department as an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in statutory compliance, statutory audits, taxation, and financial reporting,



with a strong understanding of the regulatory landscape governing the gems and jewellery sector in India.
NKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n1. Statutory Compliance & Audit

- n
- Lead and coordinate statutory audits, ensuring timely completion and strict adherence to auditing standards. N
- Prepare and review statutory financial statements and related disclosures in compliance with Ind AS / Indian GAAP. N
- Manage all regulatory filings, including ROC compliance, MCA filings, and other statutory obligations. N
- Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. N
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other applicable tax laws;
oversee preparation andfiling of tax returns. N

n2. Financial Reporting & Controls

- Oversee month-endand year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements. N
- Prepare management accounts with detailed variance analysis and performance comment
