NWe are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) / Online Bidder to help expand our global client base through freelancing platforms and lead generation.
NKey Responsibilities

- Generate high-quality leads through online channels. N
- Bid on projects via Upwork, PeoplePerHour, Freelancer.Com, Guru, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms. N
- Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into clients. N
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and project estimates. N




- Communicate with international clients through chat, email, and video meetings. N
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare suitable solutions. N
- Negotiate pricing and close deals. N
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships. N
- Manage sales pipeline and update CRM regularly. N
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets. N

- 1 to 4 years of experience in IT Business Development or Online Bidding. N
- Proven experience on Upwork, PeoplePerHour, or similar freelancing platforms. N
- Excellent written and spoken English communication. N
- Strong proposal writingand negotiation skills. N
- Basic understanding of Website Development, Mobile Apps, AI Solutions, SEO, and Digital Marketing. N
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn. N
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. N
