Job DescriptionRole Summary – Business Transformation
NDrive the next phase of operational excellence for the business unit by strengthening the foundational Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement culture, while progressively layering in RPA/IPA and Agentic and Generative AI capabilities. This role requires a Process Excellence professional who can operate across the full transformation spectrum — from process rigor to intelligent automation — identifying, designing and deploying solutions across the operations that are grounded in data and sustained through strong governance.
NKey Responsibilities
nLean/Six Sigma – Foundational

- n
- Drive continuous improvement culture through training, coaching and implementation of Lean/Six Sigma principles in day-to-day operations N
- Understand and articulate problems/issues in a timely, accurate manner from delivery/operations teams;
lead structured RCA andCAPA N
- Prepare business cases and project charters with transparent articulation of business objectives, timelines, risks and quantified outcomes N




- Actively contribute to change implementation on the floor and execute the transformation governance model N

nRPA / IPA – Automation Layer

- Work with delivery/operations teams to conduct automation assessments and opportunity identification N
- Partner with the RPA/IPA team on BRD (Business Requirement Document) creation and functional specifications N
- Track automation benefits realization and ensure adoption is embedded into steady-state operations N
- Build the bridge between rule-based automation (RPA/IPA) and more advanced intelligent-automation interventions N

nAgentic & Generative AI – Emerging Thrust

- Identify and assess opportunities to deploy Agentic and Generative solutions, including LLM-based tools, across operations. N
- Partner with engineering teams to convert business problems into intelligent automation AI use cases, defining scope, data needs, guardrails and success metr
