- Education: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field N
- Experience: N

n(1) Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales,



reservations, guest relations, or front office operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role preferred;

n(2) Experience working with and taking care of leisure (foreign & domestic tourist), corporate, and
Nwedding guests;
and
N(3) Experience in heritage, boutique, or luxury hotels preferred

- Technical & Professional Skills: N

n(1) Knowledge of PMS (Opera / IDS / WINHMS / etc) and Channel Management software (STAAH,
NHotel Spider, etc), WhatsApp API usage, Zoho Campaigns (or similar equivalent);

n(2) Familiaritywith CRM and marketing platforms such as Zoho Campaigns, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Leadsquared or similar;

n(3) Experience handlign Whatsapp Business/ Whatsapp API based guest or sales communication workflows preferred;

n(4) Ability to maintain sales pipelines, follow-up schedules, and customer databases in a structured and organised manner;
