About the Role NWe are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and ambitious Qualified Company Secretary / Senior Associate to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling end-to-end secretarial compliance, corporate governance, regulatory filings, and corporate legal advisory.
Key Responsibilities N

- MCA & Statutory Compliance: Handle corporate secretarial compliances under the Companies Act, 2013, and LLP Act, 2008, including annual filings, share capital restructuring, rights/preferential issues, and e-form drafting/filing, Advising and managing all aspects of complex merger, amalgamation and acquisition related matters. N

- Board & General Governance: Plan, draft, and finalize notices, agendas, board resolutions, and minutes for Board and Committee Meetings. N

- Regulatory& Secretarial Audits:



Conduct secretarial audits, due diligence, and prepare compliance checklists/reports, Due Dilgence, N

- Liaison & Representation: Represent clients/firm before regulatory bodies such as the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Regional Director (RD), and NCLT. N

- Specialized Advisory: Exposure to RBI/NBFC compliances, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) filings, and Intellectual Property (Trademarks) is a strong plus. N

Qualifications & Key Requirements N
- n
- Membership: Associate/Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). N

- n
- Experience: 2 to 5+ years of core post-qualification experience in a practicing CS firm or corporate legal domain. N

- n
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth working knowledge of the MCA V3 portal, corporate law procedure, and statutory drafting, FEMA regulatory N

- Skills: Excellent legal drafting, strong analytical think
