- Manage end-to-end marketplace operations across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms. N
- Monitor fill rates, PO turnaround time (TAT), and order fulfillment to ensure SLA compliance. N
- Manage purchase order (PO) trackers, PO aging, pending orders, and fulfillment planning. N
- Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, planning, logistics, finance, catalog, and marketplace teams to ensure seamless operations. N




- Monitor inventory levels and stock availability to support timely replenishment and order fulfillment. N
- Follow up on PO confirmations, dispatches, appointments, Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), Return to Vendor (RTV) processes, and operational escalations. N
- Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams. N
- Manage pricing and promotional parity across assigned marketplaces while ensuring there is no price leakage. N
- Support the Key AccountManager in portfolio expansion, activation planning, and execution to achieve sales targets and business growth. N
- Resolve inventory, order, and warehouse-related issues while ensuring adherence to marketplace SOPs. N
- Drive operational efficiency and maintain high service levels across key marketplace accounts. N
