About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Strategic Sales Head – India Staffing to lead business development and revenue growth across Staffing, MSP, VMS, and Statement of Work (SOW) solutions . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring new enterprise clients, driving strategic partnerships, and expanding existing accounts within the staffing industry.
This leadership role is responsible for developing sales strategies, driving new business acquisition, managing key client relationships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across Contract Staffing, Permanent Hiring, MSP, VMS, SOW, RPO, Payroll, and Workforce Solutions .
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for India Staffing and Workforce Solutions.
- Drive current logo acquisition and expand strategic enterprise accounts across IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, BFSI,



Healthcare, Telecom, Retail, and other key industries.
- Generate and close opportunities for Contract Staffing, Permanent Staffing, MSP, VMS, SOW, RPO, Payroll, and Managed Workforce Solutions .
- Build a strong pipeline through market mapping, networking, strategic partnerships, referrals, and industry events.
- Lead the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, solution design, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
- Identify opportunities within MSP programs and VMS platforms to increase staffing business and supplier engagement.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for SOW-based staffing and project delivery opportunities.

Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with CXOs, Procurement Leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, HR Leaders, and Business Decision Makers.
