nWe are seeking a proactive and results-driven Growth Manager (Supply) to join our team in
NBangalore. In this role, you will focus on acquiring property owners to partner with our home rental
Nplatform. You will play akey role in expanding our property portfolio and ensuring a seamless
Nonboarding experience forproperty owners.
NKey Responsibilities

- Owner Onboarding: Identify, connect, and acquire property owners and landlords willing to list their properties on our platform. N
- Market Research:



Conduct market analysis to identify potential areas and opportunities for property acquisition. N
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with property owners, ensuring their needs are met and they receive excellent service. N
- Pitching & Negotiation: Present the company's rental management services, address owner queries, and negotiate rental agreements or service terms. N
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and customer service) to ensure a smooth onboarding process and property management. N
- Reporting: Track and report acquisition metrics such as new sign-ups, conversion rates, and property onboarding progress. N

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. N
- 1-3 years of experiencein sales, business development or related domains. N
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. N
