NAbout the Role
nAsa Visitor Promotion Executive, you will identify, engage, and invite relevant business professionals, buyers, and decision-makers to attend our trade exhibitions. You'll also help facilitate business meetings between exhibitors and visitors, creating valuable networking and business opportunities.
NNote: This is a research, outreach, and coordination role—not a sales role.
NKey Responsibilities

- Research companies and decision-makers using LinkedIn, Apollo.Io, and online sources. N
- Build and maintain visitor databases. N
- Reach out via email, LinkedIn,



and phone to invite qualified attendees. N
- Coordinate business matching between exhibitors and visitors. N
- Track visitor engagement and maintain accurate reports in Excel. N

nWhat We're LookingFor

- Graduate in any discipline. N
- 1–2 years of experiencein lead generation, business outreach, event coordination, or customer engagement. N
- Positive knowledge of Excel, LinkedIn, and online research tools. N
- Experience with Apollo.Io is an advantage. N
- Strong communication, organisation, and follow-up skills. N
