nPolicybazaar is seeking an experienced and dynamic Area / Territory Manager to lead and drive field sales operations in Thrissur. The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in insurance sales, proven leadership experience in managing field sales teams, and the ability to consistently deliver business growth through effective team management and strategic execution.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives to achieve business objectives. N
- Drive sales performanceby ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds assigned targets. N
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews to enhance team productivity. N




- Oversee day-to-day field sales operations and ensure the effective implementation of sales strategies. N
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners to drive long-term business growth. N
- Monitor sales performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective action plans. N
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, operational processes, and regulatory guidelines. N

nEligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution. N
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Insurance Sales. N
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading and managing field sales teams. N
- Proficiency in Malayalam (spoken and written) is mandatory. N
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. N
- Sound understanding of the local market and customer landscape. N
- Willingness to work in a target-driven, field-based sales environment. N
