nWeare looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our digital
Nmarketing agency. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital design,
Nbranding, and performancecreatives, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency
Nenvironment with multipleclients.
NKey Responsibilities
n● Design high-quality creatives for social media posts, ads, stories, banners, and
Ncampaigns
n● Create visually engaging designs aligned with content calendars and marketing
Nobjectives
n● Develop performance-driven creatives for paid ads (Meta, Google, etc.)
N● Maintain brand consistency across all client accounts
N● Collaborate with content, performance,



and strategy teams
N● Make basic video edits,reels, and motion creatives when required
N● Revise creatives based on client and internal feedback
NRequired Skills
n●Strong command over Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
N● Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing tools
N● Understanding of socialmedia formats, ad sizes, and digital trends
N● Good sense of typography, color, and layout
NPreferred Qualifications
N● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
N● 1–3 years of experiencein a digital marketing or creative agency
N● Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
N● Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
