About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Head to lead the growth and profitability of our non-real estate business vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business strategy, managing the P&L;, acquiring new clients, and leading integrated marketing solutions across a diverse portfolio of brands.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, an extensive industry network, and a proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and integrated marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the Profit & Loss (P&L;) for the business vertical, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
- Lead recent business development by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and acquiring new clients across industries (excluding real estate).
- Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with the organization's vision and revenue goals.
- Lead end-to-end client pitches , presentations,



and proposal development.
- Oversee the creation of compelling pitch decks, integrated marketing proposals, and strategic business presentations.
- Design and recommend 360-degree marketing solutions , including branding, digital marketing, social media, events, activations, influencer marketing, media planning, and creative campaigns.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Creative, Strategy, Digital, Client Servicing, Media, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of client mandates.
- Identify market trends, consumer insights, and emerging opportunities to strengthen the company's competitive position.
- Mentor and lead high-performing business development and client servicing teams.
- Monitor business performance through KPIs, forecasts, revenue targets, and profitability metrics.
