Loyyal builds enterprise loyalty and rewards infrastructure for some of the world's leading banks, airlines, retailers, and government programs. We are hiring a Business Development Executive - Partnerships & Alliances to support the buildout of our global partner ecosystem. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who wants real exposure to enterprise partnerships. You will run outreach, build relationships, keep deals moving, and support integrations, working closely with leadership who own the strategy and close the major agreements.

Key Responsibilities
Partner Outreach and Pipeline
- Research and identify potential partners across technology platforms, banking and fintech enablers, SIs, consulting firms, and channel or reseller partners.
- Run outbound outreach and follow-ups to open conversations with partner managers and decision makers at target companies.
- Qualify opportunities, schedule and support meetings, and keep the partner pipeline updated and moving.
- Support leadership in progressing co-sell, resell, referral,



and white-label discussions through to signature.

Integration Support
- Help track the integration roadmap by researching platforms and ecosystems Loyyal could connect with, including banking and card platforms, payment processors, CRM stacks, and merchant and offer networks.
- Coordinate between partners, product, and engineering to keep integration discussions and timelines on track.
- Support documentation and partner enablement for live integrations.

Go-to-Market Support
- Support joint go-to-market activities with partners such as co-marketing, events, and webinars.
- Help build partner-facing assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and demo materials.
- Work with the sales team to route partner-sourced leads and keep deal registration records clean.

Program Operations
- Support the day-to-day running of the partner program, including onboarding recent partners and tracking activity.
