nWeare looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with proven expertise in West Hyderabad's residential real estate market. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record in selling premium residential projects and luxury gated communities, along with strong market knowledge, channel partner relationships, and leadership capabilities to drive sales growth..

- Drive project sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. N
- Lead, mentor, motivate,and monitor the performance of the sales team. N
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with channel partners, brokers, and prospective customers. N
- Conduct site visits, project presentations, client meetings, and sales negotiations. N
- Generate qualified leads through various sales and marketing initiatives. N




- Monitor sales funnel, bookings, collections, and conversion ratios. N
- Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, and Project teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. N
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence reports. N
- Ensure timely closures and maximize revenue generation. N
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share. N

- Bachelor's degreein Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). N
- 8–10 years of experience in Real Estate Sales. N
- Proven sales experiencewith strong market exposure in West Hyderabad (Mandatory). N
- Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams. N
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. N
- Experience in channel sales and broker network management. N
- Good understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting.
