NPosition Summary:
NAs a Payroll Manager you will lead our growing payroll team. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities in the organization's client facing payroll function and being a resource for our payroll specialists, associates and assistants.

- This position is responsible for processing payroll as needed, training new hires, assigning new clients, problem resolution, and department procedures. N
- Prepare and lead meetings and trainings for our payroll team. N
- Conduct interviews, performance reviews and provide coaching where needed for the payroll staff. N
- Function as a leader inall initiatives and mentors team to ensure operational excellence. N
- Train new employees andclients on payroll procedures, software, company practices, policies and procedures. N
- Develop best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy of payroll processes. N
- Review and recommend improvements to existing payroll procedures. N




- Ensure that payroll is processed timely and accurately. N
- Prepare client and employee wage summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leaves, retirement savings and advantages. N
- Work with AP and taxes to process current year and prior year voids. N
- Address payroll relatedqueries and requests. N
- Analyze payroll problems and provide appropriate resolutions. N
- Follow and enforce federal, state and local laws. N
- Participate in hiring process, performance reviews, pay changes and progressive discipline. N
- Prepare and lead monthly staff meetings. N
- Monitor and hold accountable team to complete CRM cases and tasks. N

nEducation & Experience :

- n
- High School Diploma or equivalent. N
- FCP or CPP required forthis position. N
- 10+ years of payroll experience. N
- 3+ years PEO, ASO multi-state payroll experience. N
- Experience with PRISM and HR Pyramid preferred N
