As part of our expansion, we are building a dedicated U.S. Healthcare Staffing Practice focused on hospitals, health systems, healthcare providers, MSP programs, and workforce solutions. We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Staffing Business Development leader to establish and grow this practice.

The Opportunity
This is a pure client acquisition role.
We are not hiring recruiters, account managers, customer success professionals, SDRs, BDRs, appointment setters, or lead generation specialists.

We are seeking a senior Healthcare Staffing qualified with 15+ years of experience selling into the U.S.



healthcare staffing market and a proven history of acquiring new healthcare clients.
You must already possess an established network within the U.S. healthcare staffing ecosystem and have successfully developed direct client relationships, negotiated staffing contracts, secured MSP partnerships, and expanded enterprise healthcare accounts.

What You'll Do
You will be responsible for acquiring new healthcare staffing clients across the United States by leveraging your existing professional relationships.
Your responsibilities include:
- Acquire new hospitals, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), health systems, academic medical centers, physician groups, behavioral health organizations, rehabilitation hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), long-term acute care hospitals (LTACHs), skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), home health agencies, hospice providers, correctional healthcare organizations, and dialysis providers.
