NRole Overview:
NThe Account Associate will manage core bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounting operations for U.S. clients. This role requires strong software proficiency, analytical capability, and client coordination skills.
NKey Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks / Xero
N
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial reports
N
- Handle AP/AR processes,vendor coordination, and client invoicing
N
- Perform bank and creditcard reconciliations and support month-end closing
N
- Coordinate with clientsfor daily accounting requirements and documentation
NRequirements:
N
- 1–4 years of accountingexperience (U.S. accounting preferred)

- Working knowledge of QuickBooks / Xero
N
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
N
- Effective communicationskills for client coordination
N
- Ability to work in U.S.shift timings
