NWe are looking for experienced professionals in US Collections / Customer Support to join a leading organization in Pune.

NRole: Collections Representative – Inbound / Outbound
NShift: US Shifts (24x7 Rotational)
NEducation: Full time Graduation Mandatory
NCTC: Up to ₹7 LPA (Based on last CTC & experience)
NNotice Period: Immediate Joiners Only
NMandatory Requirements:
NMinimum 1+ year experience in US Collections
NExperience in B2C Debt Collections / Credit Collections / Payment Follow-up
NStrong Customer Support background
NCEFR C1 level English communication mandatory
NInternational voice process experience preferred
NNot Eligible:
NNon-Collections profiles
NAccounts Receivable (AR) candidates
NOrder Management candidates
NGeneral Operations profiles
NRole Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
N
- Understand customer financial situations through effective probing
N




- Manage delinquency levels and payment follow-ups
N
- Negotiate and provide suitable payment solutions
N
- Maintain customer relationships through professional communication
N
- Document customer interactions and actions taken
N
- Resolve customer concerns while ensuring quality standards
