NLeading Ethics Case Inquiries

- Develop inquiry approach and methodology N
- Conduct investigations and prepare detailed reports N
- Implement recommended actions and ensure timely follow-up N
- Manage stakeholder communication throughout the process N
nProgram Governance& Reporting
N
- n
- Prepare presentations for governing bodies on program status and outcomes N
- Develop Dashboards for regular updates and reporting to ethics leaderships N
nTraining & Awareness
N
- n
- Design and develop training content tailored for different organizational levels N
- Deliver training sessions across geographies under India N
- Monitor effectiveness and ensure compliance N
nProgram Monitoring& Compliance

- Oversee implementation and adherence to ethics and compliance programs N
- Track progress and address gaps proactively N
nPOSH Portfolio Management

- Maintain and update POSH policies N
- Develop and conduct POSH training programs N
- Ensure compliance with POSH requirements N
- Support Internal Committee (IC) during inquiries and case handling N
