NTo achieve our ambitious goal, we are looking for a Territory Sales Manager who is proactive in
Nnature and works in a pre-sales and sales role, and generates leads on his own using different
Nmethods (B2B portals, emails, cold calls) from the enterprise customer segment.

NResponsibilities
n1. Identify potential customer targets from enterprise/corporate segments.
N2. Researching key contacts of Facility management team, Architects, MEP Consultants, PMC for Commercial Real Estate projects
N3. Generating leads on own, and taking ownership of the sales journey (lead gen to closure)
N4. Apply consultative sales skills (by using case studies, use cases, etc.) to build relationships with stakeholders
N5. Creating client demos/presentations, quotes/ proposals
N6. Providing accurate sales activity tracking and status on CRM
N7. A track record of closing deals on monthly or quarterly targets

Has proven experience of 3-5 years in IoT and SaaS industry selling products/solutions to
Nvarious stakeholders suchas the architects, MEP consultants and PMC community
N2. Has experience of working directly with Facility managers, consultant, architects, design &
Nbuild, HVAC consultant, lighting consultant, PMC and Specify our products, solutions,
Ngetting necessary approvals.
N3. Willing to work in a 20-80 environment of office and field workplace
N4. Has knowledge of the technical specifications, procurement process, decision making
Ncriteria, processes used in the industry etc
N5. Team player, with excellent oral & written communication, presentation skills and must be
Nable to articulate technology & product positioning to both business & technical users.
N6. Well organized, analytical, detail-oriented and quality-minded, able to eliminate sales
Nobstacles through creative and adaptive
