Role Objective
To build and close large,



structured lease finance mandates in the ₹500 Cr+ segment by engaging CXOs, CFOs, OEM leadership, and lenders. This role is about influence, structuring depth, and strategic relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Account Origination
- Build relationships with CFOs, promoters, and senior leadership of medium and large enterprises
- Engage in early-stage capex planning and funding strategy discussions
- Position Praxia in board-level and investment decision forums

2. Structured Deal Execution
- Design and execute multi-lender and structured lease transactions
- Collaborate closely with internal credit and external financing partners
