Office Timings: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
Working Days: Mon to Sat (last sat of every month is off)

You will be responsible for hiring both IT & Non-IT talent, building a resilient team culture, and handling the inevitable churn that comes with scaling a startup. This role demands someone with strong negotiation skills, a sharp hiring instinct, and the ability to balance empathy with practicality in decision-making.

At StarClinch, we are actively integrating AI-powered insights across our business. As HR Manager, you will also leverage AI-driven recruitment tools, predictive analytics for workforce planning, and retention insights to make smarter, faster, and more data-backed HR decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Hiring:



Identify, attract, and recruit individual contributors who aspire to become future leaders.
- Startup Hiring Mindset: Understand the unique challenges of hiring in a startup—where teams are small, dynamic, and fragile—and find candidates who fit this ecosystem.
- AI-Enabled Talent Acquisition: Use AI-powered ATS, resume screening, and candidate-matching tools to streamline hiring and improve quality of hires.
- Talent Management: Strategize and execute employee engagement, retention, and succession planning, supported by AI-driven insights on attrition and performance.
- Workforce Planning: Anticipate hiring needs, build a pipeline of talent, and manage fast-moving hiring cycles with predictive analytics.
- Performance & Culture Building: Develop a workplace culture that encourages high performance, ownership, and leadership mindset, while tracking engagement with AI-backed employee feedback
