Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cashier role based in the Pune Division for Logistik 3A Educación Ejecutiva. The Cashier is responsible for handling daily cash and electronic transactions, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate records of payments. The role includes reconciling cash drawers at the end of each shift, preparing basic payment reports, and ensuring that fees and charges are collected in line with company policies. The Cashier will assist visitors, learners, and partners with payment-related inquiries, provide clear information on pricing, and direct individuals to the appropriate department when needed. The position requires adherence to internal controls, security procedures, and confidentiality standards, while supporting a smooth and professional front-office experience.
Qualifications
Ability to manage cash, handle point-of-sale systems, process electronic payments, and balance daily transactions accurately.
Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail,



and basic data entry skills for maintaining transaction logs and payment records.
Clear and skilled communication skills to assist learners and visitors, resolve payment queries, and collaborate with internal teams.
Organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks, work in a structured environment, and meet daily closing deadlines.
Integrity, reliability, and commitment to following financial controls, security protocols, and confidentiality standards.
Prior experience in cashiering, front desk, or customer service roles is preferred; experience in an educational or training setting is an advantage.
Basic proficiency with office software (e.g., spreadsheets, email) and willingness to learn company-specific systems.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in accounting, finance, or administration is beneficial.
