Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Haridwar for a Recycling Granules Extruder Machine Operator and Shift Incharge. The role involves operating and monitoring plastic recycling extruder machines, setting machine parameters, managing raw material feed, and ensuring steady production of granules according to quality standards. The shift incharge responsibilities include supervising production activities during the assigned shift,
coordinating with helpers and technicians, maintaining production logs, and reporting any issues or downtime. The operator is expected to carry out routine checks, basic maintenance, and cleaning of the machines, while strictly following safety guidelines and standard operating procedures. The role also includes inspecting finished granules, managing material handling and storage, and collaborating with the quality and maintenance teams to minimize defects and optimize output.
Qualifications
Experience operating plastic extrusion or recycling granules machinery, including setting parameters, monitoring output, and handling start-up/shutdown procedures.
Knowledge of basic mechanical processes, troubleshooting minor machine issues, and coordinating with maintenance staff for repairs.
