Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cashier role located in Indore. The Cashier is responsible for handling customer purchases, operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, processing cash, card, and digital payments, and issuing receipts accurately. Daily tasks include greeting customers, answering basic product or price inquiries, and ensuring that billing and return procedures are followed correctly. The role also involves managing cash drawers, reconciling end-of-day totals,



and reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor. The Cashier helps maintain the checkout area’s cleanliness, supports restocking near the counters, and works closely with store staff to deliver efficient and courteous service.
Qualifications
Ability to operate POS systems, handle cash, and process various payment methods accurately and efficiently.
Strong customer service skills, including polite communication, patience, and a helpful attitude toward shoppers.
Basic numerical and analytical skills to manage bills, discounts, returns, and daily reconciliation of cash drawers.
Attention to detail and reliability in following company procedures, record-keeping, and maintaining transaction confidentiality.
Willingness to work on-site in Indore with flexible schedule, including weekends or holidays as needed.
Prior experience in retail, cashiering, or front-desk roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum high school education
