We're looking for biology experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on advanced scientific content. Your knowledge will directly shape how AI understands, reasons through, and communicates complex biology — from molecular mechanisms to systems-level concepts.
This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of life science and artificial intelligence, contributing to some of the most cutting-edge AI research happening today — no prior AI experience needed.
Design challenging, advanced biology problems and questions to rigorously test AI performance
Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with sound scientific logic and reasoning
Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
Identify errors, misconceptions, or gaps in AI responses across biology topics
Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Masters-level biology
Provide structured, actionable feedback that drives measurable improvements in AI models
Who You Are
Pursuing or completed a Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
Robust command of advanced biology concepts with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to communicate complex scientific ideas clearly and precisely in writing
Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating quality and accuracy
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment
No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation frameworks
Familiarity with how large language models (LLMs) work
Background spanning multiple biology subdisciplines (e.g., cell biology, genetics, physiology, biochemistry)
