Role Description This is a full time, on-site Able Seaman role located in Dahanu. The Able Seaman will assist in vessel navigation support, deck operations, and lookout duties under the supervision of senior officers. Daily tasks include handling mooring lines, operating and maintaining deck equipment, and performing routine cleaning and upkeep of the vessel’s exterior areas.



The role also involves assisting with small boat operations, supporting safe sailing procedures, and following all maritime safety, security, and environmental regulations. The Able Seaman is expected to work in rotating shifts, respond promptly to instructions from officers, and participate in safety drills and emergency response activities.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Navigation and Maritime operations, including basic watchkeeping, lookout duties, and understanding of marine safety practices.
Candidates should possess skills related to Boat handling and Sailing, including safe line handling, small boat operations, and adherence to seamanship procedures.
Candidates should possess skills in Maintenance & Repair, including routine deck maintenance, minor repairs, cleaning, painting, and use of hand tools and equipment.
