Role Description This is a full-time, in office Relationship Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring and managing customers seeking housing finance solutions, including identifying prospects, explaining loan products,



and guiding applicants through documentation and approval processes. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring timely follow-up, addressing queries, and supporting loan servicing and renewals. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth disbursement, compliance with company policies, and achievement of branch and individual business targets. Day-to-day activities also include market outreach, coordination with local partners, and providing feedback on customer needs to improve products and services.
Qualifications

Strong customer relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term engagement.
