Role Description The Computer Science Tutor will deliver engaging, live coding and AI lessons to learners aged 6 to 16 in small-group and 1:1 formats, following CodersBee’s PlayCamp methodology.



Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and teaching sessions in Scratch, Python, web development, and beginner-friendly AI tools, guiding learners through projects, and adapting explanations to different ages and skill levels. The tutor will assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, maintain explicit communication with families and the internal team, and help refine curriculum materials based on classroom experience. Additional tasks include contributing to school programs, supporting demo or trial classes, and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment. This is a full-time, remote role.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts and related fields suitable for teaching school-age learners.
Comfort with Mathematics at a level needed to explain logical thinking, problem-solving, and basic algorithms.
